Happy New Year everyone!
The AWCC has published the new Maximum compensation rate for Arkansas Workers' Compensation injuries in 2026.
For any (compensable) injury from 1/1/26 to 12/31/26, the Maximum Average Weekly Wage is $1120.68.
$953 TTD/ $715 PPD.
