Arkansas Workers Compensation: TTD and PPD rates for 2025

The Arkansas Workers' Compensation Commission has announced that the maximum for Temporary Total Disability (TTD) in 2025 is $903.00 an d$677.00 for Permanent Partial Disability (PPD).

This applies to injuries or deaths occurring on or after 1/1/25 through 12/31/25.

This rate is based on 85% of the state's average weekly wage per 11-9-501(b)(4).
