T.C.P.A.

Per FDIC, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991 (TCPA) amended the Communications Act of 1934 and was enacted to address telephone marketing calls and certain telemarketing practices. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) has regulatory authority under the statute.

Legal Representation

The Ryburn Law Firm's attorneys can represent consumers in legal actions against companies that have violated the TCPA. We can file lawsuits on behalf of consumers, negotiate settlements, and litigate cases in court.

2

Compliance Counseling

We can advise consumers on their rights under the TCPA and help them understand how to protect themselves from unwanted telemarketing calls, robocalls, and text messages. We can also help consumers understand the steps they can take if they believe their rights have been violated.

3

Demand Letters

The Ryburn Law Firms can send demand letters to companies that are violating the TCPA on behalf of consumers. These letters can be an effective tool for stopping unwanted calls or text messages and can be a more cost-effective alternative to filing a lawsuit.

4

Class Action Lawsuits

We can file class action lawsuits on behalf of groups of consumers who have been affected by the same TCPA violation. These lawsuits can be a powerful way for consumers to seek justice and hold companies accountable for their actions.
